CQCFIT has been created after hearing so many overwhelmed and overworked practices say they want clarity around what evidence is needed to be compliant and obtain at least a ‘good’ rating. Does that sound like you?
Development began on CQCFIT after the founder attended the Best Practice event in October 2023 and listened to the CQC present followed by a Q&A session. There was so much frustration within the audience at not knowing what was required of them that we knew there must be a different way.
Whilst recognising standards must remain high to deliver safe, well led, responsive and effective care, the work began on how this could become a simple to use product for practices to hold their own baseline assessment without the need for an external consultant to do this for them.
The platform is broken down in the 5 Key Questions and the quality statements within each question. We advise what the meaning of the quality statement is as a ‘we statement’ and how you can evidence that. We provide you with best practice guidance and lets you know which evidence categories will be assessed against each quality statements. You can mark each evidence criteria as met, in progress, or not met thus creating your own action plan.
There are over 250 pieces of evidence suggested but don’t panic as you may already have many of these.
There is an annual license fee of just £249 +VAT per practice.
We have kept the pricing simple, so this is regardless of practice size.
We can provide discounts for PCNs, LMCs, ICBs and other at scale providers so please get in touch.
Our founder is Tracy Green who has worked in Primary Care Management since 2008. Tracy has managed a variety of GP practices and provided interim support and turnaround work. Tracy has been a CQC PM Specialist Adviser since 2014 and has taken part in more than 65 inspections with the CQC and has led several on the provider side. Tracy set up TAG Business Solutions Ltd in 2021 as a registered company providing business consultancy services.
Tracy is passionate about compliance and helping practices to create an action plan, guiding them to achieve compliance as she has done with several practices. Tracy has worked with smaller single site practices to a large, multi-site practice, who are also a PCN in their own right, leading their CQC rating from Inadequate to a Good rating after a two-day on-site inspection.
Tracy has developed and delivered training about the CQC standards and framework. She has provided training for practices, PCNs, LMCs and for the MDDUS as well as mock inspections and remote bespoke support. You can see a recommendation from the MDDUS here.
